2. User Conduct
To maintain the quality of sessions on our platform, users agree to the following conduct guidelines:

- Refrain from submitting spam, promotional content, or misleading questions.
- Maintain a respectful and constructive tone in all interactions.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with any live session.
- Speakers are responsible for the sessions they host and the audience they invite.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyQnA.Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your access to or inability to access or use the services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
- Any content obtained from the services.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of MyQnA.Live is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Audience members participate anonymously — no account is required to submit questions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on the platform is the property of MyQnA.Live or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Speakers retain ownership of the content of their sessions. Questions submitted by audience members are considered public contributions to the session.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the platform for its intended purpose of hosting and participating in live Q&A sessions.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page, which will permanently remove all your sessions and data.
