Common Questions
How do I create a new Q&A session?
From your dashboard, click "Create New Session" in the sidebar or the "+ New Session" button. Give your session a title and optional description. You'll get a unique 6-character code and QR code to share with your audience.
How does the audience join my session?
Audience members go to your session link (e.g. myqna.live/join/ABC123) or scan your QR code. No sign-up required — they enter their name and question immediately.
How do I reply to a question?
Open the session from your dashboard to go to the live session view. Each question card has a reply text field. Type your reply and press Send or Enter. The reply appears instantly on the audience member's tracking page as a chat bubble.
What do the tick marks mean on a question?
One grey tick means the question was delivered. Two grey ticks means you've opened the session and the question is marked as read. Two blue ticks means seen. Two green ticks means answered.
Can I close a session to stop new questions?
Yes. From the session view or the dashboard 3-dot menu → Settings, toggle "Accepting questions" off. The audience join page will automatically show a "Session Closed" screen. You can reopen it at any time.
How do I share my session with the audience?
Click the Share option in the 3-dot menu on any session card. You'll see the QR code, the 6-character code, and a copy link button. Share any of these with your audience before or during your event.
Can audience members track their question after submitting?
Yes. After submitting, they are redirected to a personal tracking page that shows their question as a chat bubble with live status updates and your reply when it arrives.
How do I delete a session?
From the dashboard, click the 3-dot menu on the session card → Delete session. A confirmation prompt will appear. Deleting a session removes all questions permanently.
